Israel

Israel is very different country, with a very strong routine security measures almost everywhere.

The number plates in Israel are similar to Dutch number plates

Next to almost all Israeli doors, there is a special sign showing that it is a Jewish home

The official language in Israel is Hebrew, but Arabic and English are popular too

As well as Russian

 The money in Israel is called new Shekel, the old ones had a vertical design like Swiss Franks

Haifa

Haifa is the third largest city of Israel and hosts the Bahá'í World Centre which is an administrative center of Bahá'í Faith

Haifa is also a Harbor city with great waves for surfers

Haifa is very modern at some locations

And very chaotic at some others. The buildings in old districts are made of limestone as in Malta. 

Public transport has a special red-line with arrows on the streets to follow.

Haifa hosts the best Falafel fast food place in the world called President Falafel

The falafel itself, tastes fantastic

As well as Humus

Haifa is build around and on top of mount Carmel and has a subway which goes upwards and downwards to the mountain.
This is by the way the only subway system in Israel

Traditional Jewish clothing is quite popular

Among youth as well

Israel is the most militarized country in the world, Singapore and Armenia follow on the second and third place.
Military personnel can be seen all over the places.
